One Time Purchases: Refunds are generally not available for one time purchase products. Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the product during the trial period and purchase only after they are satisfied that it meets their needs.

  • The request is based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, or because the product is no longer needed.
  • For subscription products, unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • For one time purchase products, refunds are generally not available after purchase unless the purchase qualifies under the eligibility criteria described in this policy. Where available, users are encouraged to evaluate the product using any free trial or free version before purchasing.
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or bad faith refund requests may be declined.
